I help women enjoy life, food, and sweets, without wrecking their blood sugar, hormones, or inflammation.

Why This Matters to Me

I didn’t come into this from perfection. I came into this from inflammation, cravings, and years of feeling like my body was unpredictable. I dealt with autoimmune issues, chronic inflammation, and intense sugar cravings, especially around my cycle, for most of my life. I tried different diets, food groups elimination. I tried being stricter and “just having more discipline.”

But nothing worked long term. The cravings always came back. The inflammation flared. PMS amplified everything.

What I eventually understood changed everything:

My body wasn’t broken.

It was inflamed and metabolically overwhelmed.

Once I began studying blood sugar regulation, inflammation triggers, and protein-forward meal structuring, things stabilized.
