Hi, I’m So Glad You’re Here

Here’s what I want you to know about me .

I’ve been where you might be right now.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008, after years of being dismissed by doctors who couldn’t explain what was wrong with me. Before that, I had been living with Rheumatoid Arthritis since age seven. I also had severe eczema during most of my adult life so by the time I finally got answers, I’d already spent decades learning how to navigate a body that didn’t always cooperate.

It took me years to piece together and to learn how much daily choices around food, sleep, stress, and movement can influence how an autoimmune condition behaves. That connection isn’t widely taught. And the gap between what research shows and what most of us know and do is significant.

What changed everything for me.

Five years ago, I could not walk a mile without stopping to rest. This year, I crossed a half-marathon finish line.

That shift didn’t happen because I found the right pill or the perfect protocol. It happened because I got serious about understanding what published research actually says about inflammation, blood sugar, gut health, and autoimmune disease and I started applying it consistently, in real life, over time.

Think of it like interest in a savings account. The individual deposits look small. A consistent breakfast. An earlier bedtime. A walk after meal. None of it feels dramatic in the moment. But those choices compound. Month after month, they build on each other, and one day you look back and realize the balance is completely different from where you started.

I worked closely with my medical team throughout. I still do. This work was never about replacing medicine. It was about doing the other part, the part that most doctors simply don’t have time to teach you.

Why I built Glow Wellness Hub.

I kept wishing a resource like this had existed when I was sitting alone with a diagnosis I didn’t understand, trying to figure out what to eat for dinner.

Now I’m a certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist, and everything I share here is grounded in published research and evidence-based nutritional science, offered as general health and wellness education, not medical, individualized advice.

The framework I teach is called U-T.U.R.N. It’s built around the lifestyle factors most supported by research for autoimmune health: inflammation reduction, blood sugar stability, gut support, hormone balance, and sustainable daily habits. No extremes. No quick fixes. Just the science, made practical.
